Ginger the Cat needs a home

We were hoping that you can help us find a home for Ginger! She is a young orange short-haired female cat that has been living in our neighborhood since the end of summer. She took up residence in our shed during rainy or colder days. Then as the cold weather loomed, she would force her way into the door whenever we let our dog out. Unfortunately, I am highly allergic to cats so right now she is staying in my sister in law's room until a suitable home is found. We can't bear to leave her out in this cold weather!!! She is super sociable and loves affection. She definitely seems young and is litter box trained. She's a sweetheart and loves to be nuzzled. We also have a poodle and she is very good with him. They stay in the same room nightly and she is patient, even though he is a barker! She is great with kids as well!
